Projektleiter Bau (m/w/d)

We are looking for a Construction Project Manager to plan and implement new and renovation projects in the South region. You will create cost estimates, put together a team, and take over technical guidance. You will also represent the interests of the PENNY sales line against planners, authorities, and executing companies.

Requirements

• successfully completed technical degree or comparable training/qualification as a construction technician
• branch-specific professional experience in construction or planning and realization of construction projects, ideally in retail
• independent, self-responsible working style, assertiveness, and team skills
• outstanding negotiation skills
• valid driver's license of class B
