We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager / Market Manager to support the store management in all tasks, including leadership responsibility and contributing to a pleasant and appreciative work culture.

Requirements

• Completed commercial training, preferably in the food retail industry
• Ideally, experience as (acting) manager in sales
• Performance motivation, organizational skills, and result-oriented way of working
• Leadership competence, sense of responsibility, and team spirit
• Willingness to work in a flexible shift system with working hours from Monday to Saturday
