Founding Business Development Representative

We are seeking Founding Business Development Representatives to ignite go-to-market momentum across our portfolio of AI-driven technology ventures. This is a front-line, zero-to-one role for people who want real responsibility, real pressure, and real upside. You will generate demand from scratch, drive aggressive outbound, and build the pipeline that turns early traction into scalable revenue.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in a sales, business development, or customer-facing role (B2B tech preferred)
• Relentless prospector with comfort in cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach
• Coachable and eager to learn, with a bias toward action and experimentation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; can spark curiosity in a few sentences
• Highly organized with the ability to manage a high volume of outreach activity
• Thrives in ambiguity and fast-changing startup environments
• Mission-driven, scrappy, and excited to help launch new ventures from the ground up
