We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Part 2 Architect to join a bespoke architects practice in London, UK. The successful applicant will work with a close-knit team to develop and deliver projects from conception to completion.

Requirements

• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to develop innovative design solutions.
• Manage the design process, from initial sketches to technical documentation, using Revit.
• Supervise, mentor, and provide guidance to junior architects and designers.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Conduct site visits and coordinate with contractors during the construction phase.
• Maintain and enhance relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Coordinate with other professionals, including engineers, quantity surveyors, and consultants.
