Job Description
We are recruiting a Social Care Worker to join a highly regarded organisation providing exceptional services to children and adults with intellectual disabilities and autism in Galway, Ireland. The role involves delivering person-centred care and support to individuals with intellectual disabilities, promoting independence, dignity, and inclusion.
Requirements
- Level 7 degree in Social Care or a related discipline
- CORU registration (or in process)
- Experience supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities or in a similar care setting
- Full driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
- A motivated, empathetic, and person-centred approach
