Job Description
RH Outlets play a vital role in our integrated ecosystem, offering an elevated experience that redefines luxury value in the home furnishings space. RH is seeking an Outlet Sales Leader to lead a high-energy, results-driven sales team in delivering unexpected and extraordinary experiences for our customers, both internal and external.
Requirements
- 2+ years of leadership experience in retail, preferably in home furnishings
- Demonstrated history of exceeding sales targets through exceptional leadership, strategic execution, and customer engagement
- Proficiency with Mac operating systems, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, Google applications
- Flexibility to work a dynamic schedule across all operational hours
