Warehouse Associate -Bohemia, NY

We are looking for a Warehouse Associate to join our operations team, responsible for safe and accurate handling of HVAC equipment and materials, supporting the flow of inventory through receiving, storage, and shipping while maintaining a strong commitment to safety, organization, and quality.

Requirements

• Safely receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and documentation
• Pick, pack, and prepare HVAC equipment and parts for customer orders with a focus on accuracy and care
• Load and unload delivery trucks using proper lifting techniques and warehouse equipment
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment to prevent accidents and promote efficiency
• Properly label and document all outgoing shipments in accordance with shipping procedures
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy
• Follow all company safety protocols and procedures, including proper use of PPE and equipment
• Report any safety hazards, damaged goods, or incidents immediately to supervisors
