Equipment Owner - Nights

The Equipment Owner - Nights role at Rich's is responsible for carrying out production duties in line with requests from Shift Management, ensuring high quality and low cost manufacture, and maintaining a safe working environment. This role works 2200 - 0600 Sunday to Thursday.

Requirements

• Previous Production Line experience
• Managing within Quality Standards ensuring that Products meet the specifications of the business and customers
• Be able to support the Shift Management Team in efficient running of the Production line
• Problem Solving and CI Skills
• Proactive and solution based focused
• A level of manual dexterity
• Ability to work in a fast-paced agile environment
• Ability to communicate and understand clearly both orally and in writing in English to ensure that all health and safety procedures are understood and can be easily followed
