Maintenance Technician

Rich’s is a family-owned food company seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electronic repair and preventive maintenance on all plant equipment and structure. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, technical school diploma preferred, and three or more years of experience in food manufacturing maintenance environment.

Requirements

• Observes all OSHA and facility safety rules and regulations
• Follows all established Good Manufacturing Practices
• Troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair of mechanical and electrical failures
• Assures preventive maintenance program is conducted on all plant equipment
• Provides emergency unscheduled repairs of production equipment
• Perform welding, cutting, and soldering using electric and gas equipment
