Maintenance Technician

Rich’s, a family-owned food company, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electronic repair and preventive maintenance on all plant equipment and structure of the facility. The successful candidate will troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical and electrical failures, and perform welding, cutting, and soldering using electric and gas equipment. High school diploma or GED required, with technical school diploma preferred. Three or more years of experience in food manufacturing maintenance environment preferred.

Requirements

• Observes all OSHA and facility safety rules and regulations
• Follows all established Good Manufacturing Practices
• Troubleshoots, diagnoses, and repairs mechanical and electrical failures
• Performs welding, cutting, and soldering using electric and gas equipment
• Reads and interprets equipment manuals and work orders
