Job Description
Ricoh’s Advanced CIP division is seeking a Field Specialist I, specializing in technical support across a wide range of products and services. This role involves hands-on service, consultative problem-solving, and customer engagement, requiring strong technical expertise and communication skills. The position involves technical configuration, system maintenance, customer relationship management, and delivery of training.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- High school diploma required
