Job Description
RLB is seeking a proactive and experienced Senior Cost Manager to take ownership of commercial projects, offering a chance to be the sole contact for a significant client base and supporting existing team members in project delivery. The role focuses on value-for-money delivery and compliance with environmental standards.
Requirements
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar technical discipline
- Strong technical delivery experience
- Strong experience in Commercial projects ideally fit out
- MRICS or membership of other relevant professional body
- Ability to successfully manage complex projects
- Strong Feasibility and cost planning experience
- Experience of providing procurement advice, tender documentation and post contract services
- Client facing and stakeholder management
- Team player, outgoing, flexible, enthusiastic and ambitious
