Job Description
Technical Customer Support Specialist providing technical support to RingCentral's customers, troubleshooting and repairing RingCentral's solutions, and recommending network hardware, software, and design elements.
Requirements
- At Least High School Graduate
- At least 1 year of working experience in Technical Support
- Excellent English communication skills
- Basic Knowledge on VOIP, networking, and Telco
- Strong customer service orientation
- Above-average typing speed
