Job Description
Riot Sydney is looking for an experienced Manager, Software Engineering to join the Sydney-based League team. The role involves leading engineers, refining the team's long-term vision, and identifying growth opportunities for engineers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building and operating software at scale as a Software Engineer
- 2+ years experience directly leading an engineering team either as an Engineering Manager or Technical Lead and mentor
- Experience in Agile processes and continuous delivery
- Experience working closely with non-engineering collaborators to deliver value
- Experience with C++ or other object-oriented programming languages
- Experience working with complex code bases
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or comparable field or equivalent experience
