Senior Manager, Game Production - Unpublished R&D Product

Riot Games is seeking a Senior Manager, Game Production for one of its Unpublished R&D products in Singapore. The successful candidate will lead the production effort, orchestrating the local development team and ensuring strong alignment with the senior game leadership based in Los Angeles.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in game production, operations, or project management roles within the gaming or entertainment industry.
• Proven experience leading large, cross-disciplinary teams across multiple locations or studios.
• Strong background in managing co-development or distributed development environments.
• Experience translating creative vision into execution frameworks, milestone plans, and deliverables.
• Track record of building and maintaining strong cross-functional relationships with leadership, partners, and vendors.
• Skilled in risk assessment, capacity planning, and driving accountability through structured processes.
• Deep understanding of production methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban) and adaptability to R&D environments.
• Demonstrated success in improving delivery predictability, communication, and collaboration health.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.
