Product Design Lead, Contractor Experience

As Product Design Lead for Contractor Experience, you’ll shape the entire lifecycle—from onboarding to invoicing, payouts, and tax documentation, creating a seamless experience where contractors get paid reliably and transparently, admins have clarity and control, and compliance needs are met globally.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional product design experience with a track record of shipping complex, high-impact products end to end, from planning to QA
• Proven ability to transform complexity into elegant simplicity, whether in fintech, enterprise software, or other demanding domains
• Strong craft skills with proficiency in design tools and the ability to create compelling, detailed design specifications and prototypes
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; you can articulate design decisions clearly and work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Relentless customer focus; you dig deep to understand real user needs and translate those insights into design decisions that solve meaningful problems
• Self-starter mentality with a bias toward action; you thrive in fast-paced environments and turn ambiguity into clarity through thoughtful design exploration
• Familiarity with generative AI design tools and excitement about how they can expand creative possibilities and accelerate workflow
