Job Description
We are looking for an Account Manager to join our Client Development team. Ideally you'll have agency experience and be able to hit the ground running working directly with clients and internal PR, SEO, Social, Strategy and Content teams to ensure delivering to retain accounts.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Account Management (or equivalent) role
- Very organised, with excellent delivery planning and project management skills
- Ability to monitor accounts on time and on budget
- Strong client relationship building and maintenance skills
- Eye for detail, with ability to create compelling client reports
- Enthusiasm for digital marketing, including SEO and Content
- Ability to retain accounts by giving clients the attention they deserve
