Requirements

• Solid work experience (2-5 years in the Retail industry)
• Experience in managing KPI indicators and ensuring operational compliance in stores
• Experience in coaching and developing store teams in the retail/service industry
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks
• Fluency in Polish and English (speaking and writing)
