Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
2-4 years of clinical practice experience and/or clinical rotation with RiverStone Health, 5 years of clinical practice experience and/or pediatric experience preferred
PRN Home Health Physical Therapist
Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program, licensed Physical Therapist in Montana, and CPR certified
Dental Assistant I (PRN as-needed status)
High school diploma or equivalent, some experience as a dental assistant, Certification as a Dental Assistant (CDA) through DANB and Radiation Health & Safety (RHS) Certification through the Dental Assisting National Board (DANB)
Team Supervisor (MA)
High school diploma, 3 years of clinical experience, leadership experience
Core Faculty Physician, MT Family Medicine Residency
Experience, competence, and sensitivity in working with underserved populations; leadership skills; and commitment to the Community Health Center model
Home Health Physical Therapist
Graduated from an accredited school of Physical Therapy, Licensed Physical Therapist in Montana, CPR Certification, and valid Montana State Driver's License
Geriatrician/Faculty Physician, MT Family Medicine Residency
BC/BE internist or family medicine physician, geriatric care experience, high-risk population experience
Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
Bachelor's degree in the medical or nursing field, Master's degree in physician assistant studies or Advanced Practice Degree in Nursing, Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Licensed in the State of Montana
Pharmacist
Bachelor's degree from an accredited School of Pharmacy, current license as a pharmacist in Montana, and basic life support certification required
