Job Description
Supervises branch operations, provides customer service, and cross-sells Riverview products and services. Assists the Branch Manager and coaches staff to develop and improve individual cross-selling skills.
Requirements
- Provide customer service and use problem solving skills to satisfy customer needs
- Supervise Client Service Representatives in all duties
- Perform computer data entry and customer inquiries
- Cross-sell Riverview products and services
- Prepare and/or complete and monitor various reports and forms accurately
