Job Description
The Pipefitter Foreman is a key leader responsible for overseeing all phases of piping installation, ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to project schedules and budgets. This role requires leadership of teams, conflict resolution, and collaboration with various stakeholders. It's a hands-on position in a manufacturing environment.
Requirements
- Work with the perimeters of the project budget.
- Ensure quality craftsmanship on mechanical system installations.
- Develop a 'Master Plan' approach for project.
- Execute, supervise, and maintain CPMI.
- Schedule daily and weekly scope of work activities.
- Maintain proper journeyman to apprentice ratio.
- Code compliance.
- Supervision and guidance of crews.
- Must have working knowledge of all trade materials and tools.
