Job Description
The Sheet Metal Fabricator is a key part of our production team responsible for transforming raw materials into high-quality ductwork and custom components for HVAC installations. This role focuses on precision, accuracy, and adherence to shop drawings, demanding a commitment to both quality and a strong work ethic. It involves all stages of the fabrication process from layout to production and quality control.
Requirements
- High school degree or GED preferred
- Journeyman or Master License required
- Good physical condition and ability to stand for extended periods
- Good dexterity and eye-hand coordination
- Aptitude for technical problem-solving
- Familiarity with building codes
- Ability to maintain tools
- Excellent communication skills
