Senior Backend Engineer

RoadSync is hiring a Senior Backend Engineer to design and develop APIs for their platform using Golang and Python, with a focus on migrating legacy code to modern standards. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of relevant experience, experience with APIs, relational databases, and serverless systems development, and a strong problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant work experience
• Experience working with APIs using Golang, Python, or a similar language
• Experience with relational databases and developing transactional software
• Serverless systems development experience working with AWS services like API Gateway, EC2, ECS, Lambda, S3, RDS, SQS, SNS, and Cognito
• Payments or accounting SaaS experience is a plus
• US citizens or individuals with existing work visas only
