Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Bioinformatics, Life Sciences, Information Science, Information Management, or a related discipline
- 2-4 years of experience working in a data documentation, quality, or metadata-related role
- Understanding of clinical or real-world data structures and foundational stewardship practices
- Basic experience with documentation tools, spreadsheets, or version control systems
- Excellent strategic agility, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in healthcare data governance and exposure to data catalogs or classification systems (preferred)
- Willingness to learn about regulatory documentation requirements and FAIR data principles (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality metadata and process consistency (preferred)
