Trade qualified in relevant industry, 2+ years' experience, precision avionic and/or mechanical assembly

Trade qualified or 2+ years of relevant industry experience, precision electrical and/or mechanical assembly experience, and operation of electrical, mechanical and automated test equipment

8+ years of experience in RF communication systems development, Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, hands-on experience with RF test equipment

High school diploma and 5+ years of experience as a composite technician in Aerospace or similar high performance composite production environment, 1+ year of team leadership experience in a production environment, Experience with operations management, including daily scheduling, building, operating, and maintaining complex facility systems

Master’s Degree in Software Engineering or equivalent, 5+ years of Software Engineering experience, 2+ years of direct leadership experience

At least 2 years of experience as a composite technician, precision lamination skills, and knowledge of bagging for oven and Autoclave cures

Bachelors degree in electrical engineering, RF communications (or other engineering degree) and 5+ years of relevant experience
