Mission Manager - Neutron

Rocket Lab is seeking a Mission Manager to work directly with customers, oversee integration activities, assist business development, and manage launch vehicle and spacecraft integration. The role requires comfort in both commercial and government customers, frequent domestic and international travel, and technical proficiency in the mission management field. Responsibilities include representing the company at events, leading mission integration activities, and ensuring accurate tracking of launch vehicle and spacecraft interfaces. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills are required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering or technical discipline (Mechanical, Electrical or Aerospace preferred).
• 5+ years of mission management experience.
• Experience with hardware integration, launch vehicle projects, or spacecraft projects.
• Ability to travel to launch pads, customer sites, and overseas.
• Must obtain a DoD security clearance.
