We are looking for an Application Manager who gets energy from improving processes, supporting colleagues, and managing applications that are critical to our organization. As an Application Manager, you will join a small and cohesive team within a rapidly growing organization and ensure that colleagues can rely on well-functioning systems and smart solutions on a daily basis.

Requirements

• Experience with application management or functional management
• Ability to see connections between processes and systems
• Analytical thinking and accurate work
• Initiative-taking and independent work
• Affinity with back office processes
• Experience in insurance is a plus
