Tooling Engineer responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining tools and equipment used in manufacturing processes. Must have a deep understanding of manufacturing process, materials, and equipment, and be able to troubleshoot problems with tools and equipment.
Requirements
- Developing new tooling methods and building innovative tools
- Responsible for overall maintenance of production equipment and machinery
- Plan, organize, schedule and conduct inspections of facilities, work area and equipment
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance and lubrication to all equipment and machinery in the plant
- Assist in improving process efficiency through effective involvement in improvement program
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success
- Oversee the manufacturing process and provide ongoing technical assistance
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions when necessary
- Ensure compliance with standards and regulatory requirements
- Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to meet deadlines
- To do any assignment as instructed by the Superior and Management
