Tooling Engineer

Tooling Engineer responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining tools and equipment used in manufacturing processes. Must have a deep understanding of manufacturing process, materials, and equipment, and be able to troubleshoot problems with tools and equipment.

Requirements

• Developing new tooling methods and building innovative tools
• Responsible for overall maintenance of production equipment and machinery
• Plan, organize, schedule and conduct inspections of facilities, work area and equipment
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance and lubrication to all equipment and machinery in the plant
• Assist in improving process efficiency through effective involvement in improvement program
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success
• Oversee the manufacturing process and provide ongoing technical assistance
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions when necessary
• Ensure compliance with standards and regulatory requirements
• Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to meet deadlines
• To do any assignment as instructed by the Superior and Management
