Sr. Manager, Energy Strategy & Sourcing

We are looking for an experienced Sr. Manager, Energy Strategy & Power Procurement, to join our team and help repower industrial heat at scale across Europe, Australia and the US. The role will involve defining how and sourcing electricity to charge Rondo Heat Battery projects, and shaping policy conditions that support adoption of electrified industrial heat.

Requirements

• Develop expected power pricing and sourcing strategies for new Rondo Heat Battery projects
• Secure and manage analytical tools, software, or consulting partners
• Build and maintain relationships with IPPs, traders, utilities, and renewable developers
• Collaborate with Deal Owners to structure, negotiate, and execute electricity procurement agreements
• Lead or support formal procurement processes
• Identify and negotiate key commercial terms for power supply agreements, hedges, and hybrid structures
