Job Description
Ross Industrial / Dexco Racking Systems is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance department at a growing structural steel racking company located in Leola, PA. The ideal candidate will have manufacturing experience, a strong understanding of maintenance principles, and a commitment to safety and quality. They will be responsible for planning, executing, and improving maintenance activities to maximize efficiency, minimize downtime, and support equipment reliability.
Requirements
- Plan daily work schedules for maintenance employees.
- Assign jobs and monitor completion.
- Analyze and troubleshoot equipment problems.
- Provide hands-on supervision and administrative management.
