Job Description
Rotate is looking for a Lead Engineer to join their team and lead the development of one or two of their core products. As a Lead Engineer, you will be responsible for defining the technical direction, making architectural decisions, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable software solutions.
Requirements
- Full-Stack Development: Proven experience in full-stack development.
- 10+ years in software engineering, with at least > 2 years of experience in a technical lead role.
- Strong proficiency in Angular and Nest.js
- Mentorship: Proven experience in mentoring junior developers and helping them grow.
- Experience in designing and building scalable, maintainable front-end applications.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively across teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working in an Agile environment.
