Program Manager

Youth Residential Program Manager provides support to the Program Director in human resources, financial management, and program planning, with leadership and supervision responsibilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in human services
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in human services, including 1 year in a supervisory role
• Valid Colorado driver's license and acceptable driving record
• FBI, CBI, and TRAILS background clearance, and completion of a physical examination
• Problem-solving, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills under pressure
• Flexible scheduling, including on-call; crisis management certification required
