Job Description

Requirements
- 10+ years of law firm or in-house experience with an energy company or large corporate user
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage outside counsel
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; comfortable with ambiguity; and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and highly cross-functional environment
