Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Manager, Pre-Construction MEP to join our team in Miami. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of assigned land-based projects, including contract negotiation, budgeting, and quality control. The position requires 8+ years of experience in MEP, construction management, and project leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a similar field
- 8+ years of experience in MEP, Mechanical, Electrical, & Plumbing
- 8+ years of experience leading construction projects as a commercial Project Manager
- Experience with commercial projects (retail, restaurant, hospitality)
- Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational skills, and ability to self-direct
- Proficient in MS Office, Primavera P6, MS Project, Procore, AutoDesk, or similar project management software
