Graduated from an accredited school of occupational therapy, Current state license as an Occupational Therapist, Current CPR certification, 6 months experience in long term care environment preferred

High school diploma preferred. 6 months experience in long-term care is preferred. Strong communication and patient-facing skills

Must be an LPN graduate of an accredited school. Current LPN license is required. CPR certification is also needed

Graduate of accredited LPN school, current valid LPN license, valid CPR certification. 6 months experience preferred in a long-term care role

High school diploma or equivalent required. Valid CNA certification & CPR certificate preferred. 6 months experience in long-term-care preferred

High school diploma preferred, food handler's permit required, 6 months experience in a long-term care setting a plus. Must be at least 18

High school diploma preferred, 6 months experience in long-term care/hospitality. No licensing/certification required

High school diploma or GED. CNAs must be certified within 120 days of employment & complete 16 hrs classroom education

High school diploma req. Valid CNA certification is essential. Experience in long-term-care (6 months preferred) is also beneficial, potentially progressing to CNA II with advanced skills training
