Lead, Technical Program Manager

Outseer is looking for a Lead Technical Program Manager to steer the successful execution of software development projects. The role requires strategic thinking, robust technical background, and excellent organizational skills. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex software projects within specified timelines and budgets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline); an advanced degree is preferred.
• 10+ years of proven experience as a Technical Program Manager in a software development environment.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies, with the ability to adapt to evolving practices.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, building and maintaining strong relationships across teams.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to drive and influence transformational change in the evolution of our end-to-end product delivery using agile development methodology.
• Strong servant leadership, interpersonal, relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Certified Scrum Master or SAFe Certified Scrum Master.
• Ability to work with distributed teams located across US, UK, India, and Israel.
