Job Description
Outseer is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Process & Reporting Analyst to join its team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, technical proficiency with reporting tools, and experience managing business applications.
Requirements
- Identify, analyze, and implement business process improvements
- Develop, maintain, and enhance PowerBI dashboards and reports
- Weekly communication with the global Project Management (PM) team
- Oversee and support application management and their integration for key systems
- Leverage Microsoft Power Automate to streamline and automate business processes
- Utilize JIRA and Confluence for effective task management, process documentation, and team collaboration
- Lead and support internal project management efforts
