Litigation Attorney

Rubenstein Law is seeking a Litigation Attorney to litigate high value cases in state and federal court. The ideal candidate will have a license to practice law in Florida, 1-5 years of experience as a PI Litigator, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Requirements

• A license in good standing to practice law in Florida
• 1-5 years of experience as a PI Litigator
• Ability to handle a large and active caseload
• Success providing direction and guidance to a team of staff
• Excellent negotiation and analytical skills
• Strong courtroom presence
