Pre-Litigation Attorney

Rubenstein Law is seeking a Pre-Litigation Attorney to oversee all aspects of personal injury cases up to the filing of a complaint.

Requirements

• A license in good standing to practice law in New York
• At least two years of experience with client contact and/or negotiation experience
• Strong research, verbal, and written communication skills
• The ability to handle a large and active caseload
• Prioritization of client representation and customer service
• Excellent investigator and problem-solver skills
• Success providing direction and guidance to a team of staff
• Formidable negotiation skills
