Job Description
RubinBrown is seeking a Manager, Assurance Services - Professional Standards Group (Audit Quality) to lead the advancement of audit quality and reinforce the firm's system of quality management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Active CPA license required
- 5–7 years of progressive public accounting experience
- Strong technical knowledge of US GAAP, US GAAS, AICPA, and PCAOB auditing standards
- Experience with quality management frameworks (SQMS, QC 1000, COSO) preferred
- Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver technical training
- Proven leadership skills with a focus on collaboration and team development
