Customer Experience Project Manager

We're looking for a Customer Experience Project Manager to manage UI/UX planning, execution, and delivery of UI/UX design and development projects for the player experience. As a creative problem-solver with a strong grasp of design-oriented thinking, project management methodologies, and digital product lifecycles, you will bring expertise across user interface (UI), user experience (UX), motion design, graphic design, design systems, and native design.

Requirements

• Manage projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with business goals and player needs
• Review all incoming Jira tickets via the project management platform, and work with stakeholders to ensure tickets are clear and have all the applicable information for the team to get started
• Collaborate with Designers, Developers, Product Managers, and stakeholders to define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource needs
• Oversee day-to-day project activities, follow up and track progress, and proactively address and flag risks and issues
