Role Overview

As a Lead, Operations in Last Mile at RXO, you will coordinate with site leadership to provide support for all home delivery services and assist in handling day-to-day operations. You'll lead a team of 15–20 warehouse material handlers to receive, pick, and process orders daily.

What You Will Do

Lead a team, leverage operational metrics, train material handlers, manage dispatch, and partner with the Operations Manager to identify problem areas.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Ideal candidates will be highly detail-oriented, experienced in cycle counting warehouse inventory, and able to lead the warehouse team and strengthen current processes. Reliable transportation is required.

Requirements

• 4 years of experience in operations
• Experience with Microsoft Office
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
