Requirements
- Industry Experience: Proven track record in professional tree climbing and technical rigging.
- Technical Proficiency: Mastery of modern climbing gear (SRT/SRS or MRS) and aerial safety standards.
- Professional Mindset: A commitment to maintaining equipment, fostering safety, and taking ownership of daily production.
