Join a forward-thinking organisation as a Learner Engagement Officer, driving learner recruitment and engagement across Adult Education Budget (AEB) programmes. Empower adults, build meaningful community partnerships, and strengthen access to education for those who need it most.
Requirements
- An IAG qualification (or a strong commitment to working towards one)
- Experience within the employability or adult education sector, particularly AEB programmes and bootcamps
- Proven experience in learner engagement, outreach, or stakeholder management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong planning and organisational skills
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and general digital literacy
- A solid understanding of adult education, employability services, and learner support
