We are seeking a Data Team Lead to manage and grow a high-performing team of data engineers and data scientists. This role is responsible for designing and delivering scalable data solutions, with a strong focus on automating data ingestion and processing from a wide range of third-party sources.
Requirements
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of data engineers and data scientists
- Design and oversee automated data pipelines ingesting data from multiple third-party sources
- Implement scalable, event-driven architectures (primarily within AWS)
- Apply LLMs and related technologies to process and structure unstructured data sources
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Break down product initiatives into actionable tasks, managing delivery timelines and priorities
- Ensure high standards of data quality, reliability, and maintainability
- Drive best practices in data engineering, architecture, and workflow automation
