Requirements
- Work closely with the team to understand client needs and craft tailored solutions.
- Conduct requirements gathering sessions with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business objectives and technical constraints.
- Translate business needs into high-level solution concepts, scope documents, and feature lists.
- Develop presentations, proposals, cost estimates, and technical documentation for clients.
- Collaborate with solution architects, developers, and QA to ensure requirements are feasible and testable.
- Create and maintain project documentation (functional specs, data flow diagrams, system architecture documentation).
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and manage conflicting requirements.
- Assist in creating Proof of Concepts (PoC) or prototypes when required.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on client needs.
- Define project scope, functional requirements, and success criteria.
- Estimate timeframes, costs, and resource needs for projects.
- Simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
