Job Description
We're seeking a Lead Software Engineer to deliver advanced insuretech features using agentic workflows and contextual engineering. The Lead Software Engineer needs to be well-read, passionate, and ideally have experience with LLMs and AI solutions.
Requirements
- Extensive experience as a Senior Full Stack Developer
- Agnostic coding skills
- Genuine passion/experience with LLMs and agentic architectures
- Experience in document processing OR similar
- Comfortable with AWS-based scalable architecture
- Ability to lead the future state
