Resident Coordinator (Full-Time) Overnight

The Resident Coordinator will work out of the Pico-Union Transitional Housing Program serving transitional age youth (TAY) experiencing housing instability. They will be responsible for general oversight of the property, cleanliness, safety, crisis responses, and conflict management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or any related field
• 2+ years of experience providing direct services to high-risk transition age youth
• Working knowledge of child and adolescent social, emotional, and cognitive development, trauma informed care and harm reduction service model
