Safe Place for Youth (SPY) is a nonprofit organization based in Los Angeles that provides trauma-informed, low-barrier housing and support services to youth experiencing or at risk of homelessness. Founded in 2011, SPY offers programs such as Stepping Stones to help young people transition from the streets to stable housing and receive comprehensive case management.

Bachelor's degree in social work or a related field, 2+ years of experience working with high-risk transition age youth, and a valid California driver's license
Roots to Grow Case Manager
1-2 years of experience in case management or counseling, Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Sociology, or related field, excellent communication skills
Lighthouse Resident Coordinator (Part-Time)
Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field, 1-2 years of experience providing direct services to high-risk youth, and valid California driver's license
Site Associate (On-Call) - General Pool
1+ years case management experience. Valid CA driver’s license & insurance needed. Must provide work history and background check
Problem Solving Specialist
Bachelor's degree preferred. 1-2 years case management experience. 2+ years providing direct services to youth. Knowledge of LA County foster care/juvenile justice systems. Valid CA Driver's License & insurance required
Clinical Supervisor
Master's in Social Work & LCSW license. 3+ years clinical experience with strong leadership skills. Supervise and manage staff, offering training
Site Associate (Part-Time) - General Pool
Must have 1+ years of case management experience or similar. Valid CA driver's license and insurance are required. Knowledge of homelessness and youth services preferred
