Job Description
The Nest Site Associate is responsible for general oversight of the property, cleanliness, safety, and maintenance. They work closely with each resident/family to provide guidance and coaching on long-term daily living skills and other identified needs.
Requirements
- B.A. or B.S. in Psychology, Sociology, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in homeless services, counseling, or related experience
- 2-3 years of relevant experience (preferably with transitional-aged youth)
- Familiarity with Los Angeles social service resources and problem-solving skills
- Strong written documentation skills
- Proficiency with electronic record systems and/or Clarity
- Excellent communication skills, professional demeanor, sound judgment, and strong organizational skills
