Recruiter, Staff Leasing

At Safeguard Global, we're a company that enables global expansion without risk for customers in nearly 190 countries, and we're looking for a Staff Leasing Recruitment Consultant to own the end-to-end recruitment process and grow our business in Italy.

Requirements

• Proven experience in recruitment, staffing, or HR consulting
• Strong sales mindset and ability to spot opportunities, spark conversations, and close deals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to influence, negotiate, and build lasting relationships
• Fluent in Italian and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Sharp judgement in evaluating candidates and making recruitment decisions
• Organised multitasker, thriving while balancing commercial targets with delivery responsibilities
• High ethical standards, always maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
• Proactive and goal-driven, flourishing in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
